How To Re-Use Old Calendar And Make A Coaster

I don’t know about you, but I always feel a little sad when it’s time to get rid of the old calendar. This year I decided to re-use a few pages from my 2019 calendar and make new coasters - the one thing I use a lot, because I am a tea addict.

MATERIALS:

All you need is three tools:

• Old calendar

• Scissors

• Self Adhesive cork base (that’s the one I used)

It’s so simple to make: just pick your favourite pages from the calendar, cut out the picture and then simply attach the cork base to it, cut around it and…. voilà! your favourite picture will now continue to inspire you!

TIME: less than 5 minutes

This method is simply the best, no messing with the glue leaving marks all over the surface and the actual coaster, it’s so quick and simple that you can do it by yourself or throw a craft-party and get friends around, it’s also a great idea to keep the little ones occupied making it fun and creative activity.
